What is this fal file?

Header file that lists characteristics of a bitmap image in the Q0 format, a Japanese 24-bit RGB image format; often saved along with the Q0 file, which may have a .RGB extension; the FAL file contains the header information, while the RGB file contains the actual image data. While the contents of a FAL file may be viewed with a text editor, FAL files are not meant to be opened or edited by the user.
