Street map data file created in the OpenStreetMap Change (OSC) format; contains modification data for an existing .OSM street map; enables a central or existing street map to be updated with new data.
The OSC file extension is used by Remote Installation Services. RIS provides a set of Client Installation Wizard screens that prompt a user through the installation of an operating system. These screens are maintained as simple text files in an OSChooser Markup Language (OSCML) format and stored with a .osc extension. You can customize and tailor these screens to include Help Desk phone numbers, additional contact information, or any other additional information using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) 2.0.
OSC file suffix is associated with OptionScope and another applications developed by Equis.
