What is this pando file?
Contains meta-data information of a file or group of files to be transferred using Pando, a program used to transfer files similarly to a BitTorrent client; used to reference other locations of the file/files to download from. PANDO files are similar to .TORRENT files in that they contain data about the file/files to be downloaded, but not the actual file data. NOTE: Pando stopped its services on August 31, 2013. The program is no longer available, rendering PANDO files obsolete.
