What is this zbf file?
ZEMAX Beam file. These files contain beam electric field data used with the Physical Optics Propagation (POP) analysis feature. User-defined files, which may be ASCII or binary, are used to specify the initial POP beam. ZEMAX can also generate binary files which contain the electric field data for the beam at any surface along the propagation path.
